BIE Brazil is part of the Business In English network, an international network of English teachers, translators, researchers, editors and other professional service providers. We provide a range of services to business people and professionals who are not native speakers of English.

The services include English Language Courses for individuals or groups; privately or in groups; at all levels from beginner to advanced; and for a variety of needs, including preparation for internationally recognised qualifications.

We also provide access to academic, professional, technical and legal translation services, plus simultaneous translation services for events.

To keep business people and professionals up to date with the latest international developments in their areas of expertise we offer access to a growing number of newsletters. Businesses can request the creation of a newsletter designed to meet their specific needs.

Each site will include a directory of professional service providers including consultants, lawyers, financial advisers, marketing and design consultants.

Visitors to our sites will also be able to search for new employment opportunities. This highly qualified audience will be a great place for employers to offer jobs that require bi-lingual speakers.

Beginner Courses

Beginner Courses must naturally start with the a teaching of the basic language structure and vocabulary. For this reason business content in the first 6-8months will be limited to the introduction of some basic business vocabulary.

The use of business focused course materials and more complex business vocabulary will only be introduced when the student has reached intermediate level.

You can take a beginners course studying individually or in a group; privately or at an English School.

Intermediate Courses

Once you have reached intermediate level teaching can begin to focus more on the vocabulary and language you will need to conduct business in English effectively. Course materials will be more business focused.

If you are studying with a Private Teacher in a small group or on an individual basis, materials can be selected to meet your particular needs, perhaps relating to your industry or profession.

You will also be able to select courses that will prepare you for the internationally recognised qualifications you may need to access international study or career opportunities. Such qualifications may be needed to meet country visa requirments or particular job requirements.

Advanced Courses

Once you have reached Advanced level teaching will focus on improving your fluency and expanding your vocabulary. The aim is to ensure you can confidently conduct business in English.

You may also be intending to study for more advanced English language qualifications to open up a greater number, or higher level, international opportunities.

If you are studying with a Private Teacher in a small group or on an individual basis, materials can be selected to meet your particular needs, perhaps relating to your industry or profession.

Business in English Club

BIE Brazil has future plans for the establishment of a network of Business In English Clubs. They will be established regionally when there is sufficient local interest. Their aim will be to host social and business networking events that give people the opportunity to practice their English in real life situations, enhance their business skills, and strengthen their contacts.
